File policy “cookies”

This Policy applies to “cookies” and refers to websites operated by Centrostal-Wrocław S.A. With its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as “the websites”).

What are “cookies” files?

“Cookies” shall mean computer data, in particular text files, stored in user end-users’ web pages. These files allow you to recognize your device and display a web page tailored to your individual preferences. “Cookies” usually include the name of the web site from which they came from, their retention time on the end device, and a unique number.

What do we use cookies for?

“Cookies” files are used to customize web content to your preferences and optimize your web pages. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help you understand how your website is used to improve their structure and content, excluding personal identification.

What cookies do we use?

There are two types of cookies: “session” and “permanent”. The first files are temporary files that remain on your device until you log out of the webpage or turn off the software (a web browser). “Fixed” files remain on the user’s device for the time specified in the “cookie” file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user.
“Cookies” used by the operator of the website, including in particular the users of the website, are subject to their own privacy policy.

Do “cookies” contain personal data?

Personal data collected through “cookies” may only be collected to perform certain functions for you. Such data is encrypted in such a way as to prevent unauthorized access to them.

Deleting “cookies”

By default, web browser software allows cookies to be placed on the device by default. These settings can be changed to block automatic handling of cookies in your web browser settings, or to notify you of each time you send them on your device. Detailed information about the capabilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software settings (web browser). Restricting the use of “cookies” may affect some of the functionality available on the website.
