Mostostal deck gratings perform in accordance with the norm DIN 24537 are able to carry large loads at relatively small weight, are extremely strong and useful. Deck gratings are widely used in the industry for instance as:

  • deckings in industrial plants
  • deckings of overhead travelling cranes and crane tracks
  • circulation routes at pipelines and tanks
  • sidewalks on footbridges

 

 

Our company offers deck gratings produced with the use of two different technologies: welding and pressing. Both types are performs according to European norms by automatic production lines what ensures that their technical parameters are of the highest quality. Apart from the way of producing, the basic difference is the product's optics.


Welded deck gratings
Welded deck gratings are created with the use of technology that involves fusion on a cross bar into the carrying flat bar by using strong electric current. As a result, they become a uniform material.

 

According to intended load different sizes of holes and carrying flat bars are used.


Welded deck gratings are produced in the following heights 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70mm and thicknesses 2, 3, 4, 5mm. The flat bars ban be bound together with round, gauged or square wire.
